Privacy notice
Last updated: 2 September 2026
This notice explains what personal data we receive when you write to us, what we use it for, who else sees it, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it.
Who is responsible for your data
The party responsible for processing your personal data is Luis Gustavo Velasco Hernández, an individual, domiciled in Zapopan, Jalisco, México. Every request related to this notice is handled by email.
What data we collect
Only what you give us when you write to us, whether through the contact form, WhatsApp or email:
- Your name
- Your organisation’s name
- Your email address
- Your phone or WhatsApp number, if you choose to give it
- Whatever you tell us about your operation
What we use it for
To reply to you, to book the operations diagnostic, and to follow up on that conversation. Nothing else.
We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, we do not share it with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not add you to any mailing list. There are no secondary purposes, so there is nothing for you to opt out of.
Who else sees it
Two providers take part only as processors, meaning they handle the data on our instruction and not for their own purposes:
- Web3Forms, which receives form submissions and passes them to us by email. It operates outside Mexico.
- Our email provider, where the message is stored.
How long we keep it
While the conversation is live, and up to two years after, in case you get back in touch. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it.
Your rights
At any time you may ask us to give you access to your data, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or object to our using it. These are the ARCO rights granted by Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.
To exercise them, send us an email saying what you want and which address you wrote from. We reply within twenty business days at most.
Changes and the full notice
If we change this notice, the new version is published on this same page with its update date. We do not make retroactive changes.
This is the simplified notice. If you would like the full notice, ask for it by email and we will send it to you.
