We build software your team runs on its own.

We work with organizations where an administrative error is expensive: medical groups and clinics, manufacturing and automotive suppliers, and mid-sized companies carrying a heavy administrative load. The industry changes; the problem does not.

What we hold to

  • We talk about hours and errors, not architecture.

If a technical decision does not change what your team lives on Monday, we are not going to spend your meeting explaining it.

  • The partners are on every project.

The person you talk to in the diagnostic is the person who will build the system. No account executive in between, and nobody reassigns your project to someone who never saw your operation.

  • What we build is yours.

Code, data, documentation and access. No locks, and no dependency designed on purpose.

  • We start with the smallest thing that already helps.

We would rather have one automation working in weeks than a complete system promised for next year.

  • An administrative error is not fixed by training.

It is fixed by removing the step where the error can happen. While the step exists, somebody will get it wrong on a busy Tuesday.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell developer hours.

We agree on an outcome. How it gets built is our problem, not a line in your budget.

  • We do not hand over without a handover.

A system only we understand is a risk we left with you, not a service we provided.

  • We do not promise what we have not done yet.

This site publishes no case studies and no figures, because we do not have publishable ones yet. When we do, they will carry real numbers and the name of whoever lived them.

How we work

  1. 01

    Diagnostic

One hour, remote. We look at the operation as it is, not as it is documented. You leave with a written summary, whether or not we work together.

  2. 02

    Scope

What gets automated first, what stays as it is, and how long it takes. In writing, before anything starts.

  3. 03

    Delivery

In increments that are usable from the first one. No six months in the dark waiting for a demo.

  4. 04

    Handover

Documentation, training and access. If you change vendors tomorrow, nothing stays behind with us.

The conversation always starts the same way.

With one hour looking at how your team works today.
